กระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้ร่วมกับสภากาชาดไทยในหัวข้อปาฐกถา “สมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร”

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงและตัวแทน ALSA Ramkhamhaeng เข้าร่วมรับฟังการแสดงปาฐกถา จัดโดยกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้ร่วมกับสภากาชาดไทยในหัวข้อปาฐกถา “สมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร” เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ ครั้งที่ 11 ณ วิเทศสโมสร โดยสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เสด็จพระราชดำเนินไปทรงฟังปาฐกถาฯ ที่ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ เสด็จพระราชดำเนิน ในทุกครั้งตั้งแต่การจัดงานครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 2546
การจัดงานในปีนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากนางมีรยานา สปอลยาริช เอ็กเกอร์ ประธานคณะกรรมการกาชาดระหว่างประเทศ (International Committee of the Red Cross: ICRC) เป็นผู้กล่าวปาฐกถาในหัวข้อ “การธำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นมนุษย์ในสงครามร่วมสมัย” (Upholding Humanity in Contemporary Warfare) มีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 300 คน จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ คณะทูตานุทูต องค์การระหว่างประเทศ ภาควิชาการ ภาคเอกชน และสื่อมวลชน ภายในงาน มีการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ สภากาชาดไทย และ ICRC เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่สาธารณชนเกี่ยวกับหลักกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศและการดำเนินงานด้านมนุษยธรรม
On 18 August 2025, the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University, together with representatives from ALSA Ramkhamhaeng, attended a lecture organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Thai Red Cross Society. The lecture was part of the 11th “Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Lecture on International Humanitarian Law”, held at Vithes Samosorn.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, The Princess Royal, graciously presided over the event, as she has done at every lecture since its inception in 2003.
This year, the lecture was delivered by Ms. Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), on the topic “Upholding Humanity in Contemporary Warfare.”
The event was attended by more than 300 participants from government agencies, diplomatic missions, international organizations, academia, the private sector, and the media. In addition, exhibitions were held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Thai Red Cross Society, and the ICRC to provide the public with knowledge about the principles of international humanitarian law and humanitarian action.
